Gloria Steinem's intelligent thoughts are always an Ah-ha moment...when she spoke of education, and said "We are studying our absence". She does more for women with just a few words....loved her comments to the 14 year old "you are not the boss of me "and "It's not fair" ....so very true, that young woman will give so much more for having been supported in her emerging consciousness. Thank you Gloria, so very much. 🌷🙋‍♀️

Resilience in the face of ignorance! Gloria Steinham is a badass and has done more good for the world and everyone in it than anyone who spends their time online bitching about her ever will. These negative comments always irritate me but I realise they are written by people I have no interest in. Gloria Steinham is fighting for your freedom too, in spite of your attitude. I loved this interview, very enlightening. Thanks for posting.

What a woman! Had some of her same ideas myself growing up in a domineering family as a child that I rebelled big time against. It's sad these folks that are controlling don't see the bigger picture of what they seek control of their kids to their own specifications. I fought hard against their rules, judgments, stereotypes, racist viewpoints, just to find my own self in the mix. I was hated by all of them because I had my own voice and my own individual self. But I made it. Gloria talks about being conscious and so many of us aren't conscious of what is going on around us. We just take things for granted. Don't question things. And are evil to one another instead of being kind. It's not hard to understand or see open your eyes and pay attention!

Why are you. interviewer, referring to women as Feminists en toto, instead of women, praising Gloria as being the epitome of what every Feminists should look like? Huh? I may support the principle of feminism but I see myself primarily as "a woman" and not a feminist.
