just to add some info about what screamdelica was... primal scream is a psycadelic scottish uk pop band from the nineties, and screamadelica is a great album they put out in the 90s.

I got mine for 450 new. it's a whole lotta G for very little money. the pickguard is painted not clear. it actually looks far better in real life. pictures make it look like a sesame street plastic toy. the only things I changed on mine were locking tuners, although the originals are good enough, i just prefer them, and I added a ferrule beneath the string tree as it clamps right onto the head. other than that, mine is absolutely awesome. oh, the neck went really dark when i oiled it which is cool by me.

I hope you enjoy your one too, I am sure it will be equally as good as my one. You really can't go wrong with a brand new MIM at a price lower than a second hand one, you will always get your money back if you decide to sell it. I'm not selling mine though, it's actually my fave strat. I prefer offsets but this gets equal if not more play time. The pickups are quite low powered but it sounds really good just as it is. It gets lots of favorable admiration out in the community too.

@@MrMinddoctor I got it today. The strings seem old. The fretboard is super dry. The action is rather high. All easy fixes. I can tell this one will be nice once I work on it. I'm not a fan of the band or album personally, but this guitar is nice and I'm getting used to the graphic. Glad I got it. Shout out to Miami Guitars for shipping it super fast. I ordered it at 2am and they had it out by late afternoon.

@@cbbiny The strings are about 3 years old now... yeah, all the things you mention was the same with mine. I dropped the saddles by a turn and a half, but that's pretty subjective anyway I guess. I have tried really hard to like Primal Scream, even force feeding myself their songs after getting the G, they really are not my thing at all. The graphics is all that attracted me to it. It's so in your face and unusual for fender that I just had to get one, I fell fortunate when finding mine for sale. I would have paid full price. That is pretty good on shipping though, they deserve a shout out. I hope your crazy looking G works out for you. I got a red Fender Poodle Plush strap to go with mine, that's a really cool strap if you like teddy bear hugs.
