JS12 should be louder, more bottom end because of the 12" speaker and larger power supply. JS12 is also 8 lbs heaver because of it!. JS12 has a mid boost switch, which is probably nice to have but could also be accomplished with a pedal. JS12 also has an extra "dwell" knob on the reverb. For the money JS12 is a bigger amp with more features. Fender is for purists and, because of the brand name, may have more long-term resale value. Home studio, practice, small gigs: Fender is great. Anything larger and you may want the extra JS12 boost.

@@gcoller i have both.. the Morgan doesn't have the tremolo ! a big loss in a Princeton!! the Morgan sounds amazing a bit more headroom.. more modern any how, the fender sounds way more vintage, easier too push but very very loud!!! the Morgan is very noisy and the reverb a bit too splashy, the fender is cleaner more present the trem sounds amazing it's smaller lighter and almost louder, if I had to keep one it would be the fender. both are my favorite amps I went through a LOT!!of boutique amps, fender just made a keeper
