Congrats on landing the gig! I have a 2021 Professional 2 in Miami Blue 75th anniversary model love it also like yours with Rosewood Fretboard, they used Narrow Tall Frets now since Pro One they stopped medium jumbo Frets when they discontinued the American Standard, anyways just came across your channel think I will subscribe, be cool to see you playing with band with that Dark Knight

I'm so used to saying medium jumbo from all of the guitar videos.... but you are absolutely right it does have narrow tall frets. Thank you for watching the video and subscribing.

@@alansamsmusic you're obviously very knowledgeable and a great bassist I figured as much lol yea those medium jumbo have been used since 1986 American Standard when FMIC bought from CBS and they moved Fullerton Factory to Corona where still today , all good really enjoyed your Police 🚨 that's a great bassline, Keep on Rocking

Are your pickups noisy with both volumes and tone all the way up? Hissing noise?

I haven't had that problem with my either of my pro II jazz basses. If you're hearing a popping in the video I apologize for that, it's my audio interface being overloaded.

@@alansamsmusic no, it’s not a popping noise, it’s actually a ground buzz but it seems excessive.

The frets on the Pro II Basses are narrow/tall not medium jumbo.
