Great video! I have owned this bass for a few years. It is my go to practice bass in the house. It has made me incredibly better on a standard electric bass. It is large and very difficult to get used to but that is what makes it so incredible as a practice bass. I have only plugged it in once to play it but I do think I will record something with it eventually because it does sound great.

I tried a very cheap acoustic bass today, for the first time in 50+ years of playing. Apart from a slightly awkward action, I found it immensely enjoyable, both to play and to listen to. A lot of YT demos show them to be a bit on the quiet side and muffled/blurry in tone. Maybe it’s the mics they use, or the frantic way they are often player, I couldn’t say. In ‘real life’ I could make it as clear as any bass I’ve ever tried. My old fashioned finger style or plectrum worked well (I can’t do slap bass), also slides, harmonics etc were quite effective. The biggest plus for me, was the extreme lightness of the body, compared to most electric basses.

Para el acoustico es común que estén un poco altas. Si están muy bajas. suele sonar las cuerdas desafinadas y tronadas
