What’s the difference between standard Strat and player Strat? There’s so many different guitars and I’m looking into buying my second guitar now, the one I will use and learn on for years into an intermediate guitarist and hopefully beyond.

México standard is already discontinued, it had ceramic pick-ups, 6 screws trem, narrow frets. The player is the series that replaced standard, it has alnico V pickups, 2 points trem and wider frets.
