Just goes to show that every amplifier is good for something (or multiple things), it's just a matter of dialing it for what it does best...and the guitarist having skilled, practiced hands! 👍

I think that’s the mantra for this whole channel. There are no amps that’ll do it all. It’s about figuring out what sounds you want first, what volume you can play at, THEN figuring out your budget and what you need to go out and get. Everything has a purpose and everything CAN be good in the right hands. You just gotta figure it all out.

They sound especially magical slamming the front end of a reverb unit or tape delay (6G15, EP-3 etc). There is something about the way it drives those preamps at certain stages.

I use blue frames a lot BUT for the Pro Junior the Emi GAsc64 is the go to speaker. It does shave off the to me excessive high frequency curve the PJ displays. The GA has some of the blue frame vibe w a tad more mids and shaved highs. Crank it and it stays solid unlike the blue frame alnico. Very important in the PJ..

Johan excellent thank you. I've got a video idea for you. Many are using the pro junior with custom cabs (mostly 2x10 or 1x12). It'd be great to hear how such a great fender gainy amp would sound through a larger cab or speakers.

Thanks Andy! Glad you like it. You were a great inspiration when I started the channel back in 2013 and has been since. I’m using the Cubase plate (1s) reverb on the room mic which is panned right and a very slight Cubase wooden church reverb on the master buss. For some solos I use Cubase pingpong stereo delay too.
