Personally I would turn the bed to face the kitchen and put the bookshelf on the side of the bed as a divider. Can add the night stand by the window side as well. I have a studio too and feel cozy/secure with my bookshelf to section off my bed

Maybe to really ‘close off’ the bedroom part you could find a room divider so you’ll create more of a seperate space for the bed and living area

I think if you leave it this way, you should put the small wooden table on the side of your bed that's closer to the kitchen, as a night stand

If you want your bed out from the window,get a headboard of some sort,it will help block the noise
