How long do u run them in the food processor? Thanks and then what do u put them on? DO u have a recipe or 2? Thanks

I saw fennel pollen as an ingredient on some cooking show (Chopped, maybe). Intrigued, I bought some for my brother, an excellent cook. Next season, I'm going to forage my own!

i am sooo happy to know i can do this myself. i coat a goat's milk brie with fennel pollen, which you should try :)

Yes, I use a food processor to break up the flower buds. But before that, I strip the flowers from the stems by hand. After I break up everything in the food processor, I sift it all through a fine mesh strainer. Hope this helps!

@@TabulaCooking Thanks! I have some bronze fennel plants and never realized the pollen was so good! I'm in Pennsylvania and got the plants because I liked the appearance. Never thought I could use the whole plant in so many ways! Love this plant. ❣
