I’ve was dealing with severe weight loss due to having an illness. Now, 4 years later I’m still struggling to keep weight on. I’ve been using fenugreek for the past 4 months and consistently taking it has been one of the only things that has allowed me to keep weight on. There’s a difference between trying to be “curvy” and trying to put on actual weight. I started out with Maca and that didn’t do anything for me personally. Everyone is different, but for me fenugreek works great and I don’t have any bloating or any other symptoms that were mentioned. Give yourself at least a month to try each and give yourself time to get used to it before you rule either out.

Hi do you have any other tips? I am 27 and this past year I lost weight (I was already naturally small and losing weight was very noticeable on me). I’m not sure if it’s because I stopped taking the pill but I have not been really able to gain it back even with trying to eat more. I've been taking Fenugreek for a little over 2 weeks and ive noticed my hunger is suppressed. My period symptoms were NON-existent. Honestly speaking, fenugreek does dampen on your appetite a little ..for me it was just the beginning though. Which I found it weird because I’ve taking the seed form before where I would boil the seed and drinks it as a tea and It did not not decrease my appetite at all so not sure why the capsule form does that. BUT Now girl.. a month in I’ve noticed an increased in appetite like I can eat every hour if I wanted to lol. This makes SO MUCH SENSE... I'd started taking it in pill form to see if I could get my sweat to smell sweet (😜 among other things lol) but I literally STOPPED craving junk and just overall my appetite decreased severely but not even in a bad way, I just found that I didn't think about food nearly as often and was satisfied quicker with my meals... But then my roommate told me fenugreek helps with weight gain so I stopped taking it.. (I'd attributed the suppressed appetite to the Rasa adaptogenic coffee alternative I've been drinking) LONG STORY SHORT, stopped taking fenugreek and my appetite has gone back to normal within a couple weeks. So THANK YOU for this video, because it validates my experience!! Fenugreek made my skin soft and supple as well as plumper breast, thicker hair and my husband loved the way I smelled, BUT!!!! It threw my menstrual cycle way off causing me to bleed heavy for 10 days straight! About a year ago I've been taking macca capsules and I blended the fenugreek seed, and used it in my smoothies and sprinkled on my salad 🥗 also in my stews. Both my boobs and butt have gotten bigger since, and an increase in my libido 😜 As for the scent from the kitty, to me it's a garlic like scent I observed.
