Soak fenugreek seeds for 24 hours. Strain the seeds. Use the water on your head. Spread evenly and keep it in your hair for 2 min.( Anyhting longer can give you a stiff neck). Wash off. Repeat for 21 days to stop hairfall. *** Take good water with no salt or chlorine content to soak tge fenugreek seeds.
