Awesome! I have 3 Mufga systems and very happy with the results I'm getting growing lettuce, kale, basil, dill, arugula, and parsley. I'm only about 25 days into planting the Tiny Tim tomatoes. Excited to see how they turn out. Thank you for this update!

I'll be interested to know how your Tiny Tim tomatoes get on as I just sowed some in my NAIMP unit the other day. I tried them before but they went leggy. They are in my second unit which I'm growing shorter plants in. I'm trying dwarf French Beans in the same unit. My first unit I have tall plants in there - Parsley, Dill and Basil so had to keep the lights higher, hence the tomatoes probably went leggy. I'll be adding Romaine lettuce and rocket in about 6 weeks time so they should be ready for summer.

After testing a dozen of them, I think this is the best value on amazon. They are often 35 bucks which is just insane. The light produces around 180 PPFD at a few inches above canopy which is similar to a harvest. The build quality is really awful but does it really matter? If doing leafy greens and herbs I don't see how this could be beat for the price. For tomato's a Growell 38W at around 100 is better in every single way, but is close to three times the price.

How are you supposed to remove and clean the pump in the Mufga system? I can't find a way to remove it for cleaning

Why did you have to cover the holes on MuFGA I have the same system but don’t know what to do with those holes in MuFGA system

Those small holes are meant for support sticks and plant tags. They are fully opened, and the light can pass through them. If the light goes into nutrition water, Algae develops. So, I covered the holes to prevent Algae.

Thanks for sharing. I was surprised that you used the AB nutrition since you usually don't recommend it. Per your recommendation, I use MaxiGro. What do you think about MaxiBloom and KoolBloom? Thanks for the recipe!

yeah, I still don't prefer AB nutrition. However, since I already tried other nutrition, I just want to try AB this time in case anyone wants to know the results. And, I have too many AB nutrients with me since I recently purchased a few hydroponics systems and all of them came with AB nutrition. Regarding Maxi series, I wanted to try both MaxiBloom for a long time but I haven't found any details that they have pH buffer. I don't want to deal with all such pH monitoring and adjusting, which deviates from the easy gardening. But it's worth giving it a try, based on all the great results I got from MaxiGro so far.

​@@aerogardenexperimentsThank you. I start with MaxiGro and when the plant starts to show "baby buds", I'm switching to MaxiBloom. I've never tried KoolBloom. I'm trying RareSeeds Desi squash and OrangeHat tomatoes. I'm also trying BurpeeOrganics Dark Green Zucchini. These zucchinis seemed to have set fruit before the flowers even opened. Can you talk about parthenocarpy?

Also for a tip for germinating squash seeds is to gently scratch the edge and tip of the seed with sandpaper or against the sidewalk then use the paper towel method. This will allow the seedling to break through the husk easier.

@@tronovan3dIt appears the zucchini you’ve planted is a parthenocarpic variety. I’m finding that they don’t always identify if it is a parthenocarpic variety. I’ll give it a try since I’m growing indoors. Thanks for the info.

I don't remember exactly, but I think I had to start refilling after 2 1/2 weeks. From that point, I had to refill every 10 days.

Just ordered a LetPot Max. Do you plan on trying out that system as well? I'm used to aerogarden and this will be my first knockoff brand.

Max is a bit expensive (for me). I have been eyeing it for some time. Maybe I will give it a try if I find a deal at around $150.
