i mean ngl if a girl like toga asked me to be her boyfriend i too would turn as red as Hawk's feathers bro also i believe the explanation for shiggy's growth is that his body is trying to keep up with all the quirks it's holding, so it's growing at an exponential rate to reach the level where it can handle them all. it's connected to the Doomsday Quirk theory of quirks reaching a level where the human body will no longer be able to withstand the powers they are obtaining.
