For the last few minutes, I hung out with friends, and we hopped on Twigla’s head. That workshop was our refuge during the final minutes. Oh, and I captured a lot of server data. So there’s hope!

I was on a feral discord server and me and a couple of people hopped onto a voice chat and started playing talking and just hanging out and by the time the game shut down most of us were bawling our eyes out because of all the memories we made

This is honestly an unforgettable experience. Recorded the lands, took pictures. All so rushed, trying to keep the memory with the recordings and also trying to live again those memories for the last time. Feral, thanks for coming in my life. I’ll forever remember the good from this game. Thanks to the community for making this experience more sweet and better for everyone. I know it hurts but we will get better eventually. i usually never get so emotional over games but this genuinely felt like i got ran over by a truck. feral was such a huge comfort game for me, i remember just spending so much hours collecting items/resources and designing my kitsune. wildworks made a huge mistake shutting it down and i hope cinder flops

the chatroom being closed on the final day honestly made me log in for only 10 minutes. I would have stayed longer if the chat was open. The items werent free either like how WWAdmin teased. Wildworks really wanted nothing to do with this game

I agree. I was shocked to see you couldn't even type to other people and really made the final moments a lot more.. worse if that makes sense? It's like people couldn't even chat to one another and share their memories while spending their final moments on the game, just a crappy experience all around.

When I heard they were going to shut it down, I had always intended to play it for the last time before it was in its final moments. I could never bring myself to do it, I never wanted to get too attached. I, like many others, had many good memories of this game. It was like nothing I had ever played before, and I was in love with the aesthetic. I never let myself fully enjoy it, I think I somehow knew it wouldn't go far due to WildWorks' agenda. It truly had more potential, and I'm disappointed that WildWorks was so blind as to not see it. Farewell, Feral, a game of imagination and beauty, wasted in the wrong hands.

I remember I’m March, two years ago, when the pandemic just started, I played this game so much. I made so many memories and met so many nice people. I loved the lure in the game. Feral will be forever missed, and forever remembered as a great game. Rip feral. You had a good run

God I hate Wildworks for this. This is unforgivable. I'm sad that I never got to join Feral and it's final moments, I'll miss it alot. Wildworks finally made a game for us older audience only to rip it away from us a few years later. I miss hanging around on there, I really liked to hang out in the club they had. And I'll miss all the beautiful designs and items. I'll miss my Senri alot. What was your guys favorite land(s)? I really liked Blood Tundra, but I still love Lakeroot Valley and Mugmyre Marsh.It's sad we never got the lands that were unreleased, I bet they would all look beautiful and amazing. Luckily I got to pay a visit for this one. Even with no one talking, you could just kinda FEEL that they were all saying goodbye to each other. I have to say though that as someone who left behind Wildworks games almost a year ago, I’m so much happier and healthier than I used to be. To Feral’s community: I know it’s very hard and that Feral was a comfort game for so many people, but also think of this as a much needed jettison from Wildworks. Now’s the chance to find NEW communities where you’ll actually feel listened to and respected! Now that I’ve been away for so long and spent time in a new community, I just see all of this so differently now. A chapter ends, and a new one begins. Just thought I’d give my input as an outsider now! Life after quitting all Wildworks games is not as terrible as you might think.

4 hours of sadness. 4 hours of goodbye. The creative fandom, even in silence, said goodbye to eachothers with emotes and jumping. Silenced from the Discord, from the game, where the admins just lied away. A good game that has potential comes to end even before it fully releases. The thing is they didn't. They probably needed Feral to die so that they could steal its assets for Cinder without issue. Tho they shot themselves in the foot with that.

Wildworks and Clark didn't care, they just wanted it dead, so killed it off in the worst way possible. How they handled the closure should be studied as a way on how to not close an mmo, they did poor communication, poor pr, and in the end, everyone in the community has nothing but contempt for Wildworks. Never give WW or Clark your money, ever, do not serve these people.

In the server I was in, there was a group that was absoloutley outrages. Everyone was black and was crossing out the word NFT, and just generally stating their distaste for this the best they c ould without speaking. Inside centuria was heartbreaking as everyone wrote goodbye on their avatars.

If I played this game, I would've been in that group. I'm not a Feral player but I do play AJ, Tunnel Town, and Dashtag- which they took soundlessly off the appstore for something they assumed would montentize them better, which sounds oddly similar to what happened to Feral but i don't know.. I thought Wildworks and AJHQ were better than this. I'm never making any purchases for them again (but I can't cancel my aj membership, it's literally been going on for years and there's no option to stop it. :/) I'm outraged! It was months ago but I am still furious, and I think i have a right to be. Sorry for ranting i just needed someway to vent my frustration towards Wildworks.

A masterpiece. Broken. For WildWorks to ruin their own masterpiece, a game that changed lives, brought people together, where memories were created, was cruel of them to do to such a loved game. To replace our game, our happy place, a place to destress, broke our hearts. Cinder wasn't needed. We loved our game, just as it was. The ending almost made me cry.

I didn’t even know it was shut down till a couple days after. I realized I was too late, it didn’t feel real. It was almost like they took a chunk out of me and burned it. I remember the grind I had to go through, searching for chests, lockpicking, collecting those fish in the water, the role plays the customization, making anything your heart desires. I remember making pikachu, a duck, foxy from fnaf. And many more. Finding new clothing items. Exploring, flying!? Gliding as a pheasant. Playing with friends when I had no one in quarantine. My life was on there. Shoot at the cinema me and some friends even did a comedy show.. but it’s hard to believe all of that. Is gone? I still can’t believe it 2 years later. Rest in peace Fer.al. I will and many others will forever miss you…

When Feral just came to mobile, I immediately downloaded it. I only played this game for two weeks. But it really had a beautiful look to it all. I loved the scenery and the people. It was indeed a 'comfort game' and I wish I had played it more just to see it's beauty. I quit all Wildworks games three months ago due to their part with NFTs. I was on around 2:30 at the end of the game. I was on discord chat with some people on the feral community. Mt heart aches knowing wildworks has done this to us. I will always miss the old days with og animal jam and the beginnings of a gem in the ruff that is feral

I did play Feral a couple times, but I remember enjoying it immensely, I am really sorry to the Feral community that was simply taken of their game. I do remember the one game where you where sliding down a hill trying to knock off all the snowmen head, and that was extremely funny to do, that was one of the best memories I have of Feral. I was also sad that I didn't get to play Feral one last tie before the shut it down, I really hate that Feral replaced for a Nft game that probably won't have the same atmosphere of fun and joy, just of people simply there to trade the Nft. This was a real step down from the great trust I held for the company for many years, and I really hope that they evaluate on what they' r doing wrong because they have lost the trust of me and plenty of people from various communities. I have to wonder, who will be there to support them when things get hard, A company cannot run on like this and hope it will get better. I am sincerely sorry to all the players of Feral and I hope you can all find some other game or hobby that interest you and that you can find joy in.

Very sad moment. There were so many people online, the servers exploded with people. It might didn't seem like that from your end, but each rooms and maps has a cap. It's proves how much they are scared of people to go riot, so they turned off the chat for the last couples of hours. But everyone was doing emotes, jumping around, even a bunch was making new looks to help protesting. The last minutes, everyone at the bar room gathered together and jumped like crazy!

It's sad to know that feral has been closed. Although I didn't find any friends there, I loved listening to soundtracks, completing tasks, and running around the map, a baldey of running animations. I came up with characters and drew art with them. Unfortunately, when the servers were open, I couldn't come because I didn't have a computer. I was only looking forward to it because my sister was going to play with me after all this time. She played once when it came out. I would ask her from time to time to play the game with me, but she never did. So that’s really all I’m sad about..

I only got to play this game during the beta before my computer broke and by the time I got a new one I found out the game has been shut down. I've really heartbroken because I made some really good friends and memories there in the little time I played and had so much hope for the game

i can officially say i hate wild works. not only have they done bad stuff in the past, this is terrible. it’s like they don’t care. (they don’t) and it’s so funny because instead of being good for once and building on a game that had a lot of potential and a good growing community, they chose to work on a game that supports the one thing they used to be against (environment stuff) and none of it matters anymore. i miss feral very very much, there really was nothing like it. i loved playing the fantasy creatures and exploring a brand new game i was so excited to be a part of something new from wildworks! but now i don’t even want to be with wildworks anymore at all. i’m not going to support them money wise, the only thing im going to do is play animal jam because i can’t leave the one thing i have left that makes me happy. if u read all of this, thank you. i hope this was your daily reminder that wild works sucks and i hope cinder flops!!!

I hope all nfts disapear. I loved the game so much.. I was so happy when I got it and now theres an empty space in my laptop. I remeber having a lore group which took on lore of blood tundra, mugmyre and lakeroot, the queens and others. I miss them all :(. Goodbye my picken friends

Feral was a beautiful game it was a lovely game where you can explore and do all kinds of magical stuff. it was just a beautiful game you could do so much. I remember when I was sitting on the couch and playing the game on my iPad on a rainy day it was my favorite game. it was just so pretty and now it’s gone.

i sobbed at this very moment, this sucks, shutting down and ripping their own game to make an unplayable NFT game.. i want to scold wildworks at this point, im completely unforgiving for what theyve done, so many players have experienced amazing things in this game, and now its gone. this was my childhood dream game, i got so happy when it got released, only a few years of playing it, wildworks torn apart so many of peoples dreams to make money. This might be one of the worst decisions wildworks ever made, im probably never going to play any of wildworks games anymore.

My name was Moonsie, and I was a purple and blue kitsune. And there were multiple instances of people bullying me in game, I never was able to have like friends that I enjoyed the presence of throughout the game, everyone felt so distant. But once this happened, I felt just so sad. This game had so much potential, so much more that could have been explored it’s just it was wronged. I want to sit at lakeroot valleys beach and just feel calm again.. searching for cinderfish for black dye.. this game will always hold a special place in my heart. The feeling of my laptop burning me while I play through the game will always stick with me as nostalgic, I just wish that the game wasn’t rushed with its development.

I played this game a few times explored all it had to offer made some friends then i got off and i heard it was shutting down so i hopped back on met up with some of my friends and played till each of us logged off for the final time i will always miss this game

This makes me so sad because the screen was meant for the older animal jam players and I did play it a bit when it first came out I probably played it for a few months and then just kind of drifted away interested back to normal Animal Jam classic but it’s really sad to see this really pretty and beautiful game be shut down it’s so sad
