after loosing all of my aj accounts linked to my moms old email thats been hacked, i moved to feral since i turned 13 at the time. the style of the game, the music, items, everything was beautiful and it felt so fun playing it. i never got to buy any of the season passes because my parents arent a fan of spending money over an online game, but i still feel incredibly bad for the people who have since they didnt even get a refund after feral got shut down. I just cant believe wildworks made such a good game for teens & aj fans just for them to wipe the game and make an NFT game for ADULTS. :(

You should cover Cinder more, I really like watching you draw as you speak, But especially since a 'beta' version of Cinder is currently available, Which from what ive heard (might be rumors) to even access the 'game' you need to pay ahead of time, going through hoops of info and prove you've even bought one of these characters ranging usually (allegedly) from $150 to $200 for a single fae, And the actual spawn location in the game in which you start is one of Fer.als OG maps (not surprised) as you can chat and 'hangout' but otherwise its very laggy and boring based on footage ive seen. Tldr; Cinder.io was doomed from the start. While Fer.al had more to do, more characters to play, for FREE plus real lore based around it, I have no idea why anybody would want Cinder..Their first mistake was crushing Fer.al when Cinder couldve just been a clone on the side, still sketch, but atleast Fer.al couldve still been around. Thanks for continuing to cover Cinder. 👍

I agree. I joined animal jam because I heard it helped the community and it was about the environment, but I’m just so disappointed because of this. Cinder, I’m just so disappointed. I thought wildworks could do better. And wildworks has started getting money hungry, it’s slowly built up and they use the jambassadors for money. Doesn't trees filter carbon into oxygen I think that's the plan get a bunch of trees make a bunch of carbon and carbon dioxide then filter it into oxygen and get twice more oxygen than the carbon how does it take how does making nft cause pollution don't you just draw it on a with a computer with Photoshop Microsoft paint or something

I think the issue is that the tech to verify if someone owns the nft takes up a lot of electricity to do. Most electricity used comes from burning fossil fuels. So it adds to the carbon output just for a receipt for a drawing.

I used to really enjoy Feral. It was one of my favourite games. I enjoyed creating my avatars and finding stuff to create the clothes I wanted. And the quests were fun as well. But then when I learned that as a player I was nothing more than an experiment to the staff, to create a game that would end up doing more harm to the environment than good, I got upset and angry. I tried to leave Feral then and there but I got a message from them asking for details staff shouldn’t really be asking for to prove than I really am the person behind the account. The fact I couldn’t even delete my account just added fuel to the fire. I haven’t been back to Feral since then. I haven’t touched any computer game since then. I’ve decided to more play Pokémon. I’ve gotten a few games for the Nintendo switch. I’m glad to hear that Feral was shut down as it means I can enjoy my other games in peace knowing that my feral account is deleted and gone now.
