3:14, How can she give advice on how to fulfill your dream and being a believer of working hard and taking many steps, when she basically had the door opened for her way back in the 80's (remember kids incorporated).. she was already a star when she was 7, Its called Luck and knowing the right people, not how hard you work, that's just bullshit that artists give when they can't be bothered to give an honest answer, only 1% of hard working musicians make it to stardom, (what's the odds on that one) Lots of wannabee rock stars fail because they don't get a foot in the door or a heads up from Daddies corporation buddies, or basically they are hit with the ugly stick, even the stage gets offended. Also Her bad-ass way of talking is so excruciating to watch, it's almost like she's parodying herself.

I'm sure she's had opportunities, but she's gone through so many reincarnations to be where she is today. I haven't really followed her, so I don't feel I know much about her but I do know she started with Kids Incorporated, was in the girl group, Wild Orchid in the 90s, to Black Eyed Peas in the 2000s to being Fergie. Listening to this conversation, it sounds like she just loves performing and wants success and did whatever it took to get there. Props to her.
