Be careful with fermented foods and seed oils because they made things worse for me. For me the biggest trigger for bread and processed foods is soy lecithin and guar gum. Eggs, dairy, sausage, bacon, ham, deli meat, and jerky are also triggers. After having gut issues my entire life, I finally fixed it with a low histamine diet and anti-histamines. I did not know histamine intolerance was a thing. My headaches, brain fog, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, and gut issues went away almost immediately. My sinuses and acne are slowly getting better. Oxalates may also cause gut, skin, and kidney issues and I decreased that first but it did not completely solve my issues.
