I FREAKING SWEAR I started 2021 with such good vibes. Started a bullet journal, was eating healthy, had goals, etc. But like after aug-sep I started having frequent mental breakdowns and was really broken and demotivated. An important tip for a healthy vision board. Try to add at least one photo of your own, it doesn't have to be perfect or pretty, a healthy vision board also includes taking inspiration from yourself.
