For example the speed force controls, space time and KINETIC ENERGY you literally can hit him and he could just absorb the kinetic energy from your punch making your punch useless, since kinetic energy is the energy of movement and you have to move your arm, muscles etc to try a punch and the flash uses the power that controls that. And that isn't peak flash either one flash (I don't know which flash but hey the speedforce is confusing enough leave me out of who used what ability when) is literally faster than an instant like what da fuq is this? Injustice has high inconsistency in power levels. There was a lot of PIS going on in this series, nearly every major player had plot armor at one occasion. But that is necessary to keep that kind of stories running. The villain or hero need often gets saved by PIS otherwise the story would be over. I would argue that if Flash didn't have to constantly be nerfed into the ground by the writers in order for there to even be a plot in the first place, it's actually the other way around. Even coming from someone who likes Superman, Superman has balls of steel and a brain the size of a walnut to even THINK he really stands a chance against Flash if it was a full on fight to the death and Barry wasn't holding back like he always does in order to not basically destroy the fabric of reality around him. The guy can vibrate so fast he can pass through solid objects and create unstable resonances that destroy matter. Sure Superman can occasionally move fast enough to turn back time, but for a speedster that's just another Tuesday. Flash could flashpoint Superman out of existence if he really needed to. Travel back to the Kent farm the day Superman's ship landed and alter the entire course of his history however he needs to. I'm a hardcore Batman fanboy who believes Batman with prep time > anything else in DC. Except for Flash. A Flash that doesn't hold back should pretty easily be able to high diff anyone and everything he fights except for other speedsters.

Flash thought he could do some good from the inside. During the events of Gods Among Us, he realizes the only thing he could at least try doing is a head-on confrontation when he joins Batman for the final battle, because it’s hard to even steer an enabled madman who can’t get past the first stage of grief: Anger. Regardless, this was awesome and I think the music added to it.

Besides Batman, the Flash is one of the more dangerous members of the Justice League. Even if Superman does have the brawn, the Flash has reflexes that make him hard to hit, and speed that would make it very difficult for anyone to catch up to him. Flash can even slow things down to give him a tactical advantage. That, and he can definitely cause damage with his hits. Flash is always nerfed by movie and book writers because there's a plot to be had, but a 1v1 between Flash and Superman, I genuinely think Flash could beat him.

The things that the Flash has been able to do are so ludicrously powerful that putting him against anyone literally requires the writers never make the Flash become like Injustice Superman or he would be unstoppable... at least reasonably speaking he would be unstoppable, but the Flash is a character who is only as powerful as the writers want him to be, and the upper limit on that has reached extreme levels.

@@jukesdtj656 flash has no physical attack to hurt superman, he can't time travel since that would destroy the DC metaverse ever since doomsday clock happened, he can't phase through him since superman also has superspeed and can alter his frequency to counter the phase and has done so, he can't steal his speed since Superman's molecules possess vast amounts of kinetic energy to counteract this power and it has not been used for the past 20 years, he can however infinite mass punch which only hits with the force of a white dwarf star which is about the mass of the solar system and can only be used once while superman has taken hits that can tear open the fabric of reality and destroy galaxies, this i am talking about prime earth superman against prime earth flash not their injustice counterparts, the flash also is not unstoppable and is very very much beatable in the right circumstances, although currently flash is on Superman's level, Superman's powers also have no upper limit, the flash is subject to age and his powers will decrease with age for example Jay Garrick or max mercury while superman is only going to get more powerful as time passes, for example kingdom come superman, rebirth superman etc

I wasn’t really aware Flash could actually take a punch from Superman and live to tell about it. I know the speed force protects him somewhat and he has a healing factor but taking damage from Superman is a whole other level. He usually just uses his speed to keep from getting hit.
