Hi! Just one though. Don't call it "Jacklyn" that's the name of the woman that started poaching these from the wild in Indonesia. Call it Tandurusa or Tandu Rusa. That's the real name. It means deer horn in Indonesian. 🦌

Yes, Alocasia Dragon Head would have been quite fitting - On point with that! Black velvet was my first and training alocasia. It just doesn't grow quickly for me.

Which Sharoniae is it, A, B, C, etc...? Because they have several different ones listed on their site. Also, I'm very interested to know if you are going to put any of your new plants into Leca? Lastly, I'm always looking to experiment, so do you care to share what's in the "Sacred Leaf Tonic"??? I just use RO water, alcohol and dawn.
@wildfern2 жыл бұрын
It's the same plant, just different specimens so you can see the photo of which one you're getting. I don't think mine was any of those since it was sent to me separately. I will not be putting any in leca since I don't have great luck with it. The sacred leaf tonic is a leaf cleaning/pest product by Sacred Elements.

I feel like the slower pace and not immediately repotting these new babies was good for them. Plants sometimes also need a while to acclimate and get used to the new environment, and they seem to have transitioned so well because you gave them and yourself the time needed.
