Ferrari F355 Challenge - AWESOME DRIFTS!! - 1080p HD

On the famous circuit Spa Francorchamps I recorded this Ferrari F355 Challenge. The video was taken during GranTurismo Events earlier this year. You can see some great drift and acceleration sounds. It rained the whole day, so the track was difficult to drive.

I've seen some of those before, it's easy to remove in a few minutes, and those are for noise restriction on some tracks.

Im not 100% sure but on trackdays there is a sound level limit (for the hearing safety of the people at the track). Those pipes are to quickly and easily kill some of the sound. Not 100% sure hear but I've seen it done many times at the track.

Could them exhausts be silencers that one puts on the end of certain sports cars exhaust tips to limit the noise for track days?

It's not posible to make a decent drift i a F355, because of The weight balance The midt mounted Engine makes. You Can get it out a few degrees, and when you push it just a little more to make it look awsome, The F355 (and most other midengine cars) spinout and you look Like a totale ass. I once entered a drifting Challenge with a Ferrari 348 ( it was The only open group at a trackday festival ), and I just looked Like an idiot.... But I had fun, and we had The wildest parties every night :)

he actually is a really good racing driver.. also drove gt1, group a, various open sports car championships and a lot of rally championships. a mid engine car in the wet can be quite a pity..
