Dude I think she was doing a score card, which is not a simple task and easy to mess up… Only legit baseball fans can do them correctly so it makes sense why she’d be frustrated. Do you think a person who ditched school under the guise of a dead grandma is really going to do a homework at a baseball game??

I had one-about the same age as the kid at this time. Mom thought it was cute and so did millions of other moms. I was the first in my class to move up to a 'spike' hair due and eventually a glorious mullet during the 90's.

LOL how the instant he looks up at the TV the baseball game changes scenes. Haha!
@Muonium14 ай бұрын
In the first shot he's standing at the entrance to Chestnut Court in the center of Winnetka and the place on the corner is the "Indian Trail Restaurant" at 507 Chestnut Street. Opened in 1934, it was neither an Indian restaurant nor an American Indian themed restaurant, just a basic meat and potatoes American fare place. For a short time in 1967 the then future assassin of MLK Jr., James Earl Ray, worked there as a dishwasher and server. It closed in '88. In the second setting, scenes of the pizza place interior were shot at the long popular "Regular Jon’s" at 11645 San Vicente Blvd. in Brentwood LA. It also featured in the pilot episode of the TV show "The Paper Chase" (clips viewable here). After being open for 20 years it shut down in '91 when the lease ran out and the rent was raised. It's a cafe now.

I was a three-sport athlete, one of the perks was I had an Athletic Pass, that got me out of every P.E. class, except the swimming and wrestling sections. I was on the wrestling team, so I had to be a referee and put on demonstrations for that class. Ironically, I had to take swimming every year and I was, and still am, a non-swimmer.
