When you take the cover off on that boiler does it show the serial number. ??

Dear Ferroli Man! Thank you very much for your work, you are doing on youtube. Extremely helpful! I've been struggling recently with a Bluehelix Tech 25c boiler. Not showing any fault code but throughout a month it has slowed down and stopped heating water. What happening is that it is switching immediately to D1 when hot water is going. Now it can't heat up over 27-28 degrees C, because it has a clicking sound every 3-4 seconds. Technician recommends control panel change however heating works perfectly. Do you have any idea what could cause the problem? Thanks in advance!

Maybe a factory reset might be a good idea. If you follow how to adjust parameters video and adjust P45 ... But also adjust b29 and adjust the zero to 10 and go up.a parameter to p30 . That will factory reset the circuit board . I've done it a few times now with weird faults and it solved them U can also call and I'll talk u through it

I have D2 fault on my bluehelix rrt. Htg water reaches max 40deg c then D2 fault appears. Also hot water on reaches 30degC then fault D2 appears. Also had D1 code appear too. Any thoughts please?

D1 is hot water delay it shows just after the hot tap has been opened but it's not a fault . And D2 is heating delay not a fault code but just telling u it's got to the desired temperature by the temperature on the boiler or the temperature on the room stat . Double check the temperatures by pressing the +. Button as they may be set too low ... If you have A Or F letters with a number next to it then this is an actual fault ie A01 Or F37

Boiler set point is at 80 and hot water at 55. Room stat set to manual & 26 deg c, and calling for heat. Boiler fires but don’t go over 40deg c and then locks out and d2 appears. Can you send me your number for a call out pls?
