Always give a day or two days gap after the last day of menstrual flow before having unprotected sex if you are avoiding pregnancy but do not continue to have unprotected sex after five days of the end of the menstrual flow. In addition, it will be better to have unprotected sex 2 days after the end of the menstrual flow than 1 day difference. I hope you understand that.👍

I have never in my life given room to any talk or ideas about herbs .
