@@Ammugaja61 There’s not much you can do, unless you have had 3 early miscarriages, then it’s just a matter of trying again. Miscarriages are normal, they happen to all types of women and there’s no real reason as to why. Some women have miscarriages and they don’t even know they were pregnant, it’s a journey you are on and just stay positive .

Thanks for covering this Dr Anjali. This was explained to me by my gynaecologist also. However, my father in law got upset with me for this and my mother in law said it wasn’t in my kismat and I on other hand did retaliated that it was none of the two. It’s a simple biological process and is a chance event and if you understand science and biology even at a basic level it’s a not an uncommon phenomenon. ❤Sorry for your loss. I feel your pain. I lost mine at 16 weeks we got tests done as well and nothing came back as to what could’ve happened. Wish we could’ve gotten some closure. Doctor said look at it this way it’s better not having a health issue cause then you would have to be stirred in a different direction to make sure the next pregnancy will go smoothly. Before u start to plan to conceive, please ensure ur TSH levels are normal. dr Will advice you medication to have in control. TSH levels in first trimester are very important as your baby would need ur support for thyroid. So there will be a need for close monitoring like on four weekly basis to adjust your dose age. Don’t worry it is easily manageable Of course regular workout, less stress and yoga helps your TSH to be regulated.

Apply cold pressed walnut oil in your neck area near the thyroid gland at night before going to bed and soak dry coriander seeds at night in glass of water and at morning before having your breakfast drink that water by warming it. Don't grind the coriander seeds but just thrash it using mortar pestle while using it. Practice yoga and stay relaxed 😌

I had a CM at 5wks in June. TTC for 4 month now and negative. I have regular cycles, ive been tracking ovulation, doing everything right during the fertility window. I got pregnant after a month with my son. Last pregnancy within the month I got pregnant. Now it's like a chore, anxious wait every month. I've even stopped my 2 cups caffeine and swapped with decaff, im eating extra healthy, light exercise. Trying to sleep 7hrs a day and stress less. For my serious answer, most of the time it's due to chromosomal abnormalities. And sadly, they are common. You see stats like 1 out of 5. My Dr. thinks it's like 1 out of 3 bc many women don't even know they are prego and mc. There's other issues that they can test for...it's all online but to name a few thyroid issue, blood clotting disorder, progesterone issue-short LH phase, and the one that really sucks but is very rare is if you and your DH have karotype problem together. THis is done by a test. I just had it; again it's soooo very rare.

You’ve to take anti-fungal medication. You can visit your doctor to get a prescription but if you’re pregnant, seek the advice of your obstetrician. Try to avoid sugar, wear cotton underwear, and don’t use perfumed soaps or feminine wash products.
