When I got married when I was 20 I only got my cycle 2 to 3 times a year and we wanted a child right away. My doctor put me on Clomid. The next month I had a very heavy and painful cycle. And the next cycle I conceived!! My son is now 38! It has just had his second child with his wife❤️

Congratulations!! This does give me hope💓 we’re at the beginning of figuring out what’s taking us so long to get pregnant. So far the only reason could be my husbands low motility, and from what I’ve been reading his is so low we may have to do iui to even have a chance, so I’m trying to accept that this is going to be an even longer process. I am currently undergoing my first IUI cycle and was prescribed 100mg of clomid for 5 days. Fortunately I didn’t have any weird side effects from it. I actually felt great, really happy and laughing more than usual. I go in Monday for my follicle scan. 🤞🏻 I had 17 follicles at my baseline ultrasound so that was really encouraging! I am praying so hard for a healthy baby. Twins would be amazing though! Congrats! ❤😊

I’m starting my first IUI with clomid this cycle! I’ll be taking 50mg of clomid. Can I ask how many mg of clomid you were on? I totally get how you said it’s nice to feel positive for once in the beginning of this video. It’s been so long that I have felt this positive during this fertility journey. I hope it worked out my 1st is in a week. My husband’s levels are good - great depending on the category. sperm does play a huge role so her husband had impeccable mobility + she reacted to Clomid so well. Thats why i dont believe in luck, baby dust or a high force - we're all different, i believe in science/statistics and that our time will come ❤

I’m shocked on your second IUI your doctor was hoping to see 3-4 mature follicles with Clomid, as you said, and she was looking for 4-5 mature follicles first IUI on Letrozole. It seems like you’re doctor was aiming for multiples. Lol My doctor said all 3 of our medicated IuIs she’s looking to get 1 mature follicle, possibly 2 she would be okay with continuing but if she seen 3 it would be a clear cancellation of the scheduled IUI. Congrats on your success and graduating out of fertility clinic. I hope the rest of your pregnancy has been healthy and with ease.

Did you do the IUI on a full bladder? I was supposed to do it on full bladder but it wasn't full when it was my turn and the doctor just went ahead to do the procedure. Not sure if success rate will be lower with empty bladder. I just did IUI this morning and my abdomen is having a very cramp in the evening now. Not sure if this is normal.

Hi i did my iui last august 17 but after 10 days august 27 i had spotting and bleeding and back pain hip pain and leg pain and until now 3 days was heavy bleeding the wierd feeling because i didnt even do the pregnancy test yet. Has anyone else on clomid 100mg have like period cramps the week leading up to ovulation? I had barely there cramps here and there the days leading up to ovulation and today is my ovulation day and they are intense! With clomid I had 12 matured egg, so we had to drop IUI plan for that month and tried naturally and still it didn't worked. Finished my IUI this cycle and current on waiting period
