Have you seen or heard about the Hydroponic Vrass they're growing on golf courses? I haven't kept up with it recently but it saves a ton of water and helps pull in fresh air like crazy. It's something to help conserve water but also cost more for construction. It was done with a tee box and putting green that I've known of.

I have had one of these for a few years now. They are a good unit for wetting agents, soil conditioners etc. I wouldn’t be putting iron in it though!

Small life hack, if you have a small yard and just need some basic fertilizer you can hook up a miracle-grow hose attachment to the sprinkler. Works pretty well.

I would NOT use liquid iron in that lol, those droplets in the air like that, I'd be worried about iron stains everywhere lol

This works a lot better than the makeshift miracle grow hose in sprayer that I attached the the sprinkler. Most of the time it leaks and can't be regulated but I only had use it with wetting agent.

I’ve seen the lawn care nut use the fertigation before. It’s definitely something I wanna try. Not that I mind using my walk behind spreader. But my backyard is a hill so walking up and down that thing gets old. (As am I lol). Glad you put out this video talking more about this product it could be a game changer

Recommend you replace the impact spray head on your portable tripod and instead use a gear-rotor head, such as by Hunter. They are more adjustable and you will get better precipitation coverage.

Maybe if you have a yard that is approximately square so your sprinklers can be very even. My yard is a lot of curves and irregular shapes. No matter what i do the water coverage is uneven. That will be uneven fert too.

You really need to have your coverage on point to make accurate uniform applications. I think for some applications like citric acid, humic, wetting agents, it would save you some time but I wouldn't be running N, FE, PGR, etc. out of my system based off my irrigation audit.

I'd probably be careful putting iron through that. Imagine the sprinklers watering your sidewalks with an iron product? Even if you're careful in adjusting the sprinklers, the wind could carry it. 😬 Cool system but I'd be careful what you actually put in it.
