People really need to appreciate the strength it must have took to be walking around and engaging with the festival in the day, I was there and it was simply too hot so fair play lads. Spent most of my time listening to the music (EDM fan) so it was nice to see the festival from a completely new lens with all the side missions you completed makes me feel like I missed out haha. Glad you guys enjoyed it though it proves that boomtown is really for everyone

Boomtown is next to none, been 6 years now and it’s gets better and better ! It’s so interactive with the crowd which makes It like no other ! You boys killed it and was awesome to see you having it to a different vibe to your usual vids ! ( the EDM your referring to is widely drum&bass and jungle, boomtown started off as free party festival) you killed it in the heat and dust lads 👏🏽 it was tough out there !

This Boomtown was my first ever year finishing the storyline! We managed to complete it literally an hour before it ended on the Sunday and it was absolute elation was so good. It's a big task to get it done but if anyone is wanting to go I totally reccomend getting involved with the story it's so fun even when I havent completed it in the past it adds sm to the festival

1) the heat and dust was too much for me, proper struggled to go down to the city in the day and spent most of the day light by the tent chilling out and not moving so hats off to them 😂 2) I’m a heavy drum and bass fan and that’s all my group really did so watching this video made me feel like I’d id not even done 1/4th of the festival 😭 2023 is going to be mental and I’ve already been thinking about 2023 boomtown everyday ( after I recovered from boomtown lung obviously) immaculate vibes and was amazing to see nobody acting up and every single person just enjoying their time 😊 boomtown has my whole heart

Boomtown is premarily a Reggae and associated genre festival, the dance music is only the half of it and the harder stuff is only a couple of stages. You really can go as hard or as easy as you want.

I get it, if you're not into dance music (I'm old school and refuse to call it EDM) it can all sound the same. But don't write it off until you've seen a proper set, not some random DJ set like the wank Steve Aoki etc churn out. Go and see Fatboy Slim. It will blow you away. You've already seen what the Chems are all about. The Prodigy, Orbital or Underworld all worth seeing, absolutely mental live. Honestly, it'll be another level to what you've seen so far.

Thanks for covering Boomtown at pretty much all angles. The setup used to be on much wider scale which I enjoyed going to all the different districts, including lion's den. It's the best festival in UK. Beats Glastonbury hands down as it's filled with so much heart and soul. The theatrical side makes it so unique

The first year I went was 2011 when it was tiny literally only the bowl near the hidden woods and you camped on the hills around it. It was amazing then cuz of the size but even though its gotten so much bigger, its only got better. More crazy shit to stumble upon its just such a sick festival
