Moode / Kottige is the different name given to the idly prepared using Jackfruit leaves.

@@ashparikitchen there is no meaning for kottige in Tulu, in kannada its called cowshed, jackfruit leaf moulded is called kotto in Konkani which means container /basket from kotto kottige came. Moode is different done with pine leaf dono how it got name, due to youtube they use both name actually misguided 😁
