My dear brethren, Corruption can be found in all.parts of the globe and we woukd be naive to think that Africans have the monopoly for it. For inasmuch economies will deal with and depend on money, it shall never cease to exist. Someone once told me about a country not located in African but which I won't name herein that it would not stand even for a single day if courruption was to be eradicated! What is this guy talking about? He was not the founder of central bank. The central bank was created by law enacted by the house of representatives. It was the result of G.D Paton report of enquiry in 1952. It was then established in 1958.
