Feta and Crispy Prosciutto Casserole...so delicious 🥘

Feta cheese, prosciutto, onions, tomatoes and aromatic herbs, all coated in olive oil...what more could you want? A simple recipe, ready to put in the oven in 5 minutes, but with a fantastic result... bon appetit!
INGREDIENTS
500g/ 1 lbs cherry tomatoes
400g feta cheese
half an onion
30 ml olive oil
prosciutto crudo 70g
30g shelled pistachios
aromatic herbs (rosemary, oregano)
