Hey guys, if you want to go back to the roots of german folk/medieval bands like Feuerschwanz, Saltatio Mortis or In Extremo, I would highly recommend you to have a look on Corvus Corax. They play traditional celtic music as authentic as possible and are like the godfathers of the whole scene here in Germany, also were the inspiration for many modern bands in this genre. To the song itself: Memento Mori is a latin saying meaning "Remember your mortality". There are 2 ways to interpred this, first: be careful, you got only one life. Second: you got only one life, so make it a great one! And this is what this song is about, enjoy life, every day, like there is no tomorrow!
