This hurts :( It shows us all those moments which make Dean think of himself as poison and a killer. There's a dark side to him - and I've never seen it better put together than in your video - but there's also so much more to him. He has such a big heart and everything he does, no matter what decisions he makes, he ultimately acts out of love. I'm so scared for him in regards of season 10...

Yes, Dean has a very big heart. You're absolutly right. He loves people so much that it can destroy him. I think his "darkness" comes directly from his love, because he feels like he is unworthy to be loved back. :'(

Yeah this song would have been perfect for Sam, especially because it speaks about a dark destiny ans the reject of it. But I thought, may be Dean was more struggling with his own destiny and what he is. Not only Michael sword, but the fact he thinks that he is a grunt and the constant guilt he carries with him.
