I love this series so much. He's not afraid to show mistakes or display moments of dry nothingness. Even when nothing happens, it's still somehow entertaining. It's so well produced, but so casual. It feels like I'm watching an old uncle of mine taking a video of his secret recipes. And at the end of all of it, he makes something delicious. Well done, Matty, you've made an amazing set of videos that makes me want to make food, something which I had no interest in doing. Hell, even if I was interested, I probably wouldn't be motivated enough to do anything, but here I am, at 2 am, compiling a list of ingredients for a dish I have never even heard of before.
