Very sick person must take double tablets - 1 Varicella ( vesicular rash) , 2 Scarlett fever, 3 smallpox (eradicated), 4 measles (maculopapular) , 5 typus, 6 dengue(purpuric rash) , 7 typhoid

Rash dd - measles ( Immunization history) - dengue ( no joint pain) -malaria (no rash, Fever stages cold hit sweating) ( 5P - rickketsial (rash involve palms and soles) - drugs - mosquito bite (only in exposed part of body) - hsp - kawasaki disease - takayasu disease
