Take into consideration if your mic stopped working randomly it’s not because it’s broken gay Activision now bands foul language and the bad your mic 24 hours for foul language discrimination or any other bS lol

Hey guys follow my steps… step1- press the PlayStation button in the middle of remote, Step2- scroll over to sound next to the mic, Step3- click it and make sure “mute game voice chat” is off. This should solve ur problem bc it solved mines!

Were you using any foul language or saying anything racial or sexual or anything discriminating because if you did the AI will temporary band your mic on modern warfare three so basically you don’t have a freedom of speech anymore even on video games lol

I start a private chat, everything is working correctly. Roughly 1.5 hours in, all others in party losses the ability to hear my mic, i can hear them fine, even getting into another party with the same people doesn't help. Oddly enough, joining a chat with new people, all us working fine again... It's so frustrating trying to figure out why....

Take into consideration if your mic is not working it’s not because somethings wrong with your Mike you probably use foul language join game chat now they will band you if you use foul language they were banned you temporary so you will be able to talk to people I believe the bad is 24 hours lol

So I am now having this issue where I can hear everyone in game chat but they cannot hear me… I’m on ps5 I’ve stumbled across this video to see if any of these were a solution and unfortunately they are not all my settings via “mute game voice chat” is turned off in lobby of the game my voice chat is on my mic sensitivity is low everything in settings is what this video mentions and yet it still does not work… I’ve been very frustrated with this… oh and I cannot be banned or suspended in voice chat cause I’m never in game chat often enough to get banned. If you have any ideas let me know !

Update… I have figured out what was my problem I had my own mic muted without realizing starting from the lobby of whatever mode hit R3 (camera stick) and you hit square (right button) and you either mute or un mute yourself in chat which was not covered in this video!

The party chat option when you switch from party to game chat, voice chat settings and there's a tick that says Mute Game Voice Chat. Go ahead and Untick that. Now it works.
