Glad you are back. Great episode. I think with patch for hotels you have to rezone new areas or delete the empty hotels and let them rebuild/or plop them??? Good luck on the new house/move.

I saw on the steam community that the commercial demand was maybe altered in the Economy 2.0 patch and it comes back at around 15-16k population, which is what I saw in my city, came back then and stayed up.

It's the little things... the shark teeth in the car park for the pedestrians: makes it look like it's slightly raised to make cars slow down. Nice. (the rest is also good of course, but little things)

Great detailing. You could make use of "extra hotkeys" mod to switch snapping tools, especially guide lines, because it's ruining your grid

And I use "preserve photography mode" to increase expousure to 0.8 because this game is too dark. And increase sometimes Shadows And high tones.

I was wondering, is there an option in anarchy or else when you place trees so they dont stack on top of each others? Or you are just insanely good at clicking at the right spot !

Yep there's an option for that! It may come as part of the extra detailing tools mod rather than anarchy though, not 100% sure, but in the little options window when placing a tree you'll see a square symbol with an arrow pointing towards it, it's for 'snapping to surface' toggle that off and then they won't stack on top of each other! (Also an option next to this for 'snapping to upright' - thats a good one to keep on for trees!
