I believe this is the same version musically, just with a different vocal take. the band most likely had their own Tascam 4 track and could do as many demo's as they like.

There is something odd about finding such a piece that has kinda played in the back of everyone's mind. The fact such an unknown song has played a big role in our culture in lost media preservation, to now being almost a "defacto" anthem for lostwave in general. Sure lostwave has been around for years, but honestly, without Subways of Your Mind. I'd honestly never would be interested in this kind of genre of music. But all and all, I'm happy to be alive to witness the finding of this song. :)
