For everyone asking about the Quick Mod: It is a VERY rare mod. What I do is craft 5-6 copies of smash, quick save, then try and farm for the quick mod. If I don't get it by the time I run out of credits, reload the save, then go on a mission. While the mod seed you get are the same between saves, if you wait until the next day, it resets again and you might get a chance to find the mod again.

Can’t wait to get Hulk. Looks like they’ve got some inspiration from the mechanics in the Avengers game. Though I love how in this he’s OP (as he should be), where as in Avengers Hulk can get taken out by AIM bots. Regardless, love your vids. Thanks for making these. Thoroughly enjoying the game!

I just started playing slay the spire, my first single player card game... this actually looks amazing. creative, good hero concepts... I don't know the genre inside out, but I've spent lots of time with hearthstone and recently magic the gathering arena, played slay the spire looking for that same feeling without some of the annoyances of the competitive scenes and it really filled the void far better than I imagined. Might be worth my time to explore this game too!

Hmm, curious, why Spider-man a good pairing with Hulk ? Since Spidy has to make use of his environments while Hulk just destroys every environment in his vicinity of everything ? 🤔 I think Blade can be a good substitute since he can apply bleed in AOE to soften mobs up while Hulk just finishes em up with his counters and then his ultimate or Doctor strange to buff Hulk abilities

Yeah I've just noticed that the environment doesn't last long with Hulk. Which is fitting for him but makes him not play well with some others. Still have yet to get the game myself but I'm curious if the environment object detonations that Seismic Slam or his Ult do count as an extra bit of damage to enemies near them. Like as though you had spent heroic to kick an object at an enemy + Hulk's own damage.

spiderman can just use 1 card play and use up most of the environment so hulk doesn't have much to destroy

Any tips on how I can draw the quick modifier for his smash ability. I have rerolled the modifier like 13 times each and still have yet to see quick. Thinking maybe it got taken out..?

Still can't believe you get Hulk the second to last mission .... I just got him and i guess i gotta grind for a while before moving to beat the game ... also no friendship at all... they needed to make sure you know how to get the Ultimate Challenge

Wasn't too long honestly. I suspect that you have to gain a modifier from reward cards once before you can roll it, but I have not tested this enough to be sure.

For anyone wondering, This playstyle doesn't work for U3 difficulty. The enemies hit too hard and have too much health that Hulk can't tank and he can't oneshot them either. Always Angry is absolutely required because once enemies start hitting for 400-500 damage each, you'll NEED 3000 hp just to tank that. I run x2 Challenging Roar and x2 Always Angry, all of them with the Free mod (that was a HUGE pain to farm for), but this is what it takes to make him viable.

He has no friendship bar. To get his ultimate ability, it is a research upgrade.

So they let the Dodo brained hulk, be in this game the least magical character you can think of. But they cut out thor, who is literally from a magical realm. Wtf!

Dodo brained? Banned is one of the smartest guys on the planet, and several versions of the Hulk are just as smart. Also, the Immortal Hulk retconned Gamma Mutates as mystical, and anyway, the Hulk could always see spirits
