it was so easy for Aerith to break Cloud's wall. The others could not see that he just needed love, understanding. To be able to see the real Cloud. That is why Cloud fell in love with Aerith. Team Clerith 🌸🎀☁️

Cloud and Aerith relashionship remind me Dante and Beatriche from Devine comedy. (If you dont read it, so basicaly Dante lost his love in young age and was mourning her until God chose him to show afterlife, wjile his mentor was his guide in Hell and Purgatory. His lost love Beatriche help in his journey through paradise.) Whole romance remind me classic Renesance tipe of romance: were love was more spiritual than phisical. or maybe I dig too deep.)

Agreed. It is more like a union of souls than anything sexual. But there is physical attraction as they obviously admired each other's looks. lol

When I mentioned spirituality I meant both phisical and spiritual. ) In remake we even see Aerith had little fetishes to make guys feels uncomforteble.)It really amuse her.thats why she like Cloud personality so much. She like mock him and tease him. I just meant later part in original game where she died and he still talk with her spirit give me those Divine COmedy vibe. She also change him. In begining he care about his mother and maybe Tifa, because have crush on her. In the end she make him see world like she saw it.He literally start care about everyone who need him. Good story.) I dont know why people say realistic relashionship work better.They should read clasic literature.To see how beautiful good relashionship and love story integrate in story.

I didn’t know about Dante and Beatrice and looked up the story. So tragically romantic and pure. I don’t know why I’m always drawn to such stories. Probably why I love Cloud and Aerith so much.

It is amazing to see Cloud's change, and all this happens because Aerith is there for him, causing her influence to make him a better person.
