⚠ Treasure Hunter is a MOVEMENT Ability, that is a mistake on that part of the video; apologies for any confusion! 🙏

Appreciate the clarification! I wish FFT had more innate job abilities. Would have been great if Treasure Hunter was auto-built into the job like Throw Item.

That'd be amazing, at least they could have stuck it on a unique character like Reis or Cloud! 🙄 Thanks for stopping by to check out today's content, Hans!

Very nice video and agree with everything also I love seeing Rapha jump for those rare items at Nelveska Temple!

Thanks again for the video sampling, J7Jase! You saved me a boat load of time because I have not done a good job of keeping track of which rare treasures I've collected, not to mention the chore of trying to get a good roll and actually *get* the treasure! 💪

You and J7Jase are the best! If there is a re-release of Tactics you two better get a review copy. If not I'm boycotting Square Enix

Hahaha I beg of you not to boycott SE if we don't get review copies!! 🤣 I appreciate you DragonQ, thanks so much for the kind words and well wishes; after all who wouldn't want a free game from Square!

Can you believe one of the BEST SUPPORT CLASSES is a starting class you can use in the first fight in chapter 1?
@TacticsLive Жыл бұрын
It's so funny that you level up all these other classes only to be like, "You know, that Chemist way back in the beginning was actually working just fine..." 🤣 Thanks for watching Joaquin, good to hear you're also a fan! 🙌

Great video on a powerful class!

Thanks so much, James! 🙏 Chemists rank higher than other healers for me due to instant heals and equipping guns, and are indispensable late game. I appreciate the comment, and see you in the next video! 👋

Beautifully done! While the squire and chemist offer abysmal growth, they are the lynch pin of any squad because they form the backbone of everything else. My favorite Chemist build is (by PS1 terms: Item Skill, Throw, Speed Save, Equip Armor, Move +3. Equipment: Any magical gun. Thief's Hat, Strongest Armor Available, Sprint Shoes (or better versions of the hat and shoes). Summary: you have a mobile unit that is quick, has a strong reserve of HP, can attack at range, and can throw ANYTHING in the game. Even better; when you hit them they just might get faster. With the support of the right jobs (like Bard and Mediator) you could just have a unit that is as mobile as a Thief, as quick as a Ninja, and is perhaps the most versatile nonmagical member of your group. Although Chemist and Ninja are "pay to play" jobs, stacking the two together in the end game has paid off for me time and again without fail.

Thanks for checking out the episode, Ryan! Really cool build suggestion, Adrenaline Rush (Speed Save) is an interesting pick that I am going to try out since my chemists seem to attract a lot of enemy attention. 👍

Nothing like throwing phoenix down at skeleton and ghost type units. 😹

Thanks for checking out the video Alexander! 🙏 I failed to mention this very crucial tip so thank you again for commenting that healing hurts undead. Phoenix Down feels particularly good too in this instance, since you probably have so many and it's the least amount of effort for maximum gain. 💪
