dude this was massively helpful. ive been farming aby for weeks (i missed all of aby while i was away) and still didnt know about half of what you explained. I would solely appreciate a NM guide when you find time. thanks for the help!

This is quite a nice guide. I've already cleared abyssea, but I still haven't got full grasp of proccing since it was usually done by parties I'm in back then, and it's just way too many for me to remember. Wish there's an easier proccing chart I could use, but for now... unless I'm continuing farming for empy upgrades, this would be low prio for me. There's those final rewards, but I'll mention on ur other videos. ;)

Abyssea is great because you get super powerful in these zones only.

Yes, that is the resolution I prefer to use. I play on a TV screen while sitting on the couch, so I prefer larger menus.

Shot in the dark, but does anyone know why I can't get the first abyssea quest? I'm level 90 and talking to joachim does nothing. I don't have the key item and mny abyssea quests says i dont have any.

@@siricosirus yeah I had to talk to, I think it was one of the ??? In front of the mog house port jeuno. I had skipped the opening cutscene a long time ago abd that’s what was preventing me from moving forward. Make sure you click on all clickable points in the little lobby area outside the mog house, I don’t remember specifically which one it was but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t the one that’s closest distance wise to the mog house. I wanna say it’s like a shiny thing on the ground but I’m not 100%. Just tab target every possible location in that area til you get it

The Abysses update is where the game lost me. Up til than I was happy with the updates

This addon did destroy the promatia and zillart addon its ffxi is a joke now to play much to easy just say airship fight back in times a lot ppl never won this fight lol
