Without some context of previous episodes, it might be a bit more confusing than it already is 🤣 So I will try to summarise for you 😇 In the Battle Royale Episode, in the explosion that nets the brothers a victory, Lyon's Little Glass Pumpkin Earring was sent to Nihilyon's world, (who is Lyon but Edgy and Cool 😎) and he picked it up. In this episode, when trying to fall asleep after all the dubstep and Lyon yelling that had been playing through the Glass Pumpkin and keeping him awake, he went from his "European Servers," to Lyon's "Quarantined Oceanic Server," which is all colourful, people move in stop-motion, have strange voices and detailed skin/hands. The gang thought Nihilyon was Lyon, and he defended himself. I do leave it open to interpretation as well because he's the story I like to string along 😇 I hope that cleared some things up! These characters don't really have anything to do with the MSQ other than they might go to some locations from later expansion packs 🤩
