+TheOnlyGBeast DPS are supposed to kill them once they get out, maybe some of them forget. Tanks/Healers can hold them off until DPS get out of the belly.

@@IMustTurd Keep in mind I haven't played FFIX yet (only FF games I completed other than XIV are FFI-IV) but as far as I know, Necron isn't considered the main antagonist of FFIX, Kuja is while the Cloud of Darkness is for all intents and purposes the big bad of FFIII. You have a point about Zemus/Zeromus not being there instead of Golbez though, he is actually the big bad of FFIV.

It's due to his name (Acheron) being reused for a later common enemy in the same raid series, thus they had to rename him to Phlegathon to avoid confusion.
