That’s pretty normal. The fights are always balanced around an increase in gear req as you get higher within the tier. So crafted penta melded will over gear the very first fight while being about on level for the second. You will start to fall behind in the third and by the fourth you will actually be slightly under geared. With only the first week of drops and tomes you are tested much harder. Even with guides and proper mechanic resolution clearing this week is not feasible for most people due to this.

it'll always be abit harder than exs but it's very puggable you could probably clear boss 1-2 in pf already with ilvl 580

Yes specially first 2 fights are easy even with PF. Third is usually a dps check and forth is hard with PF but doable

For party finder it’s all about knowing the strats after week 1. Once there is a set way for everyone to do things without typing a book in chat, it becomes much more approachable.
