A very good video, especially relating to the de-escalation topic since that is what is lacking in most conflicts I have ever seen in RP, heck it can also be used in other types of conflict.

I’m an introvert myself. You should give it a try! If you add a filter for the RP tag and then run a Character Search in game, you can see all the folks with the RP tag on. It may help lead you to some roleplayers.
