FFXIV Samurai 7.0 Opener/Rotation

The loop rotation is slightly off due to the current gear forcing SKS at 2.14GCD, but this is basically what the rotation/loop should look like when raid gear comes out and we can set our GCD to 2.17s. With that said, Yoshi-P has made a post on the lodestone stating that they are going to reduce the recast on Tendo Setsugekka, so more than likely the ideal GCD will go back to 2.14s and we will need a filler in the rotation again.
