A lot of people have problems pronouncing the dragon's names dyslexic or not XD the names are based on old Norse mythology and their pronunciations can be difficult for anyone unfamiliar with it... lets just be thankful they used the anglicized names otherwise we'd be trying to pronounce Níðhǫggr instead of Nidhogg.

That was quite an impressive battle between Shinryu and Omega. It has so many anime tropes. Macross Missile Massacre, Beam Spam, Wave Motion Gun, Beam-o-War. Very cool.

For some reason my story skip from ARR to HS put me into Stormblood? i dont know what happened and Im mad that this happened I wanted to play it on my main... now I have to do this ugh...,.

I wish you'd revisit this series because it could be such a good resource, but needs some cleaning up because it's extremely confusing to listen to if you're not already very familiar with the lore. For example, you mention "THE Doman spy network"; when it's the first time Doma is mentioned in the series. You could have said something like: "remember the Garleans? Well they were also invading a nation in the far east called Doma, refugees of which are now helping you by serving as spies, and they--" (and then you can bring them up again in a more organic way when you get to Stormblood) Or when you say "king thordan betrayed the dragon's trust"; when you could have instead said: "king thordan, the ancestor of the current Archbishop Thordan VII" (again, the original take is really confusing if you're new to the story because it sounds like it's the same Thordan). I get that you can't cram EVERYTHING into these videos, but there are certain things where if you skip the context, it just makes what you're saying confusing to listen to. Info should be skipped to make the overall narrative easier to follow, not harder to follow.

The whole Lyse/Yda thing was the one element of SB I absolutely disliked - there was no reason to do it other than to explain the personality shift, which would have been more interesting to just see Yda going from being goofy to mature due to her newfound responsibilities as a resistance leader.

We never knew the real Yda, the Yda we’ve known from the beginning was Lyse in disguise. Stormblood just revealed her backstory before joining the scions, and we saw Lyse stop pretending to be the innocent Yda to reveal her true colors as an leader of Ala Mhigo. I thought that was pretty neat...

I felt this exact same way lol I was just saying this as I was wrapping up stormblood. By the time Lyse is taking the helm in Ala Mhigo, they've changed her voice, personality, and appearance. They went too far too quickly and it makes Lyse's character feel very forced. I often struggle to believe that Lyse is the same girl that Papalymo had to keep on a leash because she just wanted to punch everything.

yes, they were. My suspicion is that 2.0 is a separate world, or crystal, mirroring the world that was 1.0. The warrior of darkness was in 1.0 and came to our world to try and use it to repair theirs. Or something like that

Nah they weren't in the ARR trailer those were the canonical Warriors of Light of the Source. They were at the Battle of Carteneau and escaped Bahamut thanks to Louisouix. When Hydaelyn (Mother Light) split from Zodiark (Ascian's God of Darkness) in ancient times, 13 alternate shards (dimensions) split from the Source (main universe) and are mirrors of it. The Warriors of Darkness are the mirror counterparts of the ARR trailer crew from the First of the 13 alternate dimensions.

I dont know if you'll see this but if you do give it a read. I was watching and getting a bit confused as to why you were mispronoucing words. I looked to the comments wishing to complain, but I saw someone say you have dyslexia. "Okay" I thought, "but if he's played the game hasn't he heard the cutscenes?" Then I saw you comment that even after listening to the names you still struggle to pronounce them. Boy do I feel ignorant. I'm sorry for my impatience, I otherwise really enjoyed the video, I'm gonna like and subscribe.

I love you man but even a warning of the butchering isn't helping, like, you're getting better and I know your dyslexia makes it difficult for you but I would recommend learning how to pronounce things you are invested in before putting out content that grazes everyone's ears like nails on a chalkboard every time you mispronounce something. Having dyslexia doesn't give you an excuse to not research enough to be able to write down and understand how to pronounce words. F Scott Fitzgerald had dyslexia and so does Whoopi Goldberg.

The fault in your argument is that I'm not doing the research, and practicing. If it really bothers you, there should be more creators who are able to say these words correctly. I recommend you enjoy their content. :)
