So what I took from this is that the light that was fed into Noctis' ring during that 10 years is a direct result of the efforts of the Glaives and Hunters protecting Lucis. Got to say, I really like how it made it so everyone had a part in contributing to powering up Noctis in defeating Ardyn.

After Ignis said “Let’s head inside”. It connected to that cutscene in this video. And after they had a conversation inside of the Hammerhead Restaurant. They set off to Insomnia to take on Ardyn and save the World from Ruin.

Yobany True. But maybe once Square Enix’s all done with Final Fantasy 15. They could make the “True Edition” for Final Fantasy 15. Where every piece of DLC is in the Main Story. Like Episode Gladiolus, Prompto, Ignis, Comrades, Kingsglaive (probably), and whatever Episode DLC after Episode Ignis.

@@giornogiovanna5235 That's not true. In FFXV Ifrit is a little smaller than Bahamut in Comrades. When you summon Bahamut in FFXV he throws swords that are much larger than Ifrit at him, they are half the size of the huge buildings. Bahamut is about twice as tall as the swords so he's definately alot bigger in FFXV.

I thiink this bonus scene is confusing. The glaives didnt die..,. After all we see them all alive there. And yet they talk as if all glaives died. But if you read their caracter info. Shiva and the glaives and all other espers fought monsters on the island to keep the king safe for years

LeonA0 well the island suppose to be filled with monsters but I think the summons r there to keep the prince safety but he will summon them to fight the monsters in the crown city so I guess the Glavies who have no power r as good as dead n y didn't they board the ship n go with the prince the story is massed up lol

They stayed and guarded it though I believe the whole ending sequence takes place some time after the main events of the expansion, like there's a skip in between the time it takes to restore power to the major outposts and the ending sequence. That was the main purpose of Bahamut's Trial, to judge if you're worthy of that role (Becoming the Blade/Sword) and his favor to help you fullfill that role until the King awakens. I'm assuming that's also why they stayed behind after Noctis left, their purpose was fulfilled. I'm sure there's going to be updates that take place during that 9 yr gap considering they named the first server "Lucis," an update should add another server meaning another location, hopefully it sheds more light on the skip they did.

Nowhere in the game is it said the Astrals told Ardyn to take the scourge inside him. In a translation Bahamut even calls him a fool for doing what he did, so is all Ardyn's own fault. He is jealous he did not get the recognition he should have gotten, because the crystal could not give it as corrupted as he was, so it simply choose a new king.

CrisPoke wrong, read the lore. He was chosen by the astrals to eliminate the scourge by taking it into his body, pretty much the same way Luna did but on a bigger scale. He was tasked with doing this as he was given those powers for that purpose. We’re talking about the same gods that were torturing the human just for the hell of it, and would’ve been eradicated had ifrit not stopped them.

Welcome to life dude, life isnt fair, and keeping in mind that the glaves gave their lifes you could say for Noctis, but at the end of the day, it was to attone for their sins, for betraying the crown etc etc, so, i think its cool and noble, the most precious think you have its your life, and when you give up on that in order to keep hope alive, i think it is a way more cool ending than everybody going home and celebrate or something.
