When you wrap around plier handle to lock down the braid should be spread out or it will cut itself

I don't understand why this would be stronger than a regular fg-knot. Seems to me that this way, the pe-line is not biting into the leader as much as the normal fg-knot, so I'm gonna stick to that. But nice video!

Yes,... double wrap is a great thing.... but the wraps need to be no longer than .5"inches ...and a tapered Rizutto finish; otherwise, you're just creating more resistance through the guides ..especially if it's going through conventional rod guides.....just sayin...👍😎🤙
